How to become a home inspector ?

Becoming a home inspector is not a very tough task but that said you should not underestimate the industry.
You need to be abreast of all new developments that are happening in the real estate market as well you should be able to have good public relations to garner business.
If you are already in the construction business then it becomes really easy to understand the way the home inspection business operates as well understand the basics of roofing, plumbing, electrical work, drainage, heating and cooling systems.
Of course you can become a home inspector without getting any course done but in today’s world you need to be certified to be called a good home inspector.
